Compensation at Leaders Furniture: This is an hourly, plus commission-based role with uncapped earnings—your success is directly tied to your effort. What You Bring Weekend/holiday availability (closed Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter) Ability to lift 25 lbs. alone and over 25 lbs. with assistance. Abilit to travel to the Distribution Center in Largo for training and twice annually to sales meetings.
