We are seeking an experienced Infor LN Mid/Senior consultant with a strong focus on the finance domain to lead the optimization, implementation, and support of Infor LN financial modules within a multi-company, multi-site manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Gather business requirements from key users, analyze information and prepare functional specifications (FSD), requirements documents and solution scope documents.
• Take end-to-end ownership of the Finance ERP stream - lead optimization and implementation in the areas of General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management, Cost Accounting, and Project Costing
• Ensure proper financial integration with manufacturing (production orders, WIP), sales and procurement, tax/fiscalization systems
• Actively collaborate with vendors on implementation, rollouts or upgrades of ERP and related company tools, with a strong focus on finance
• Prepare process-tailored demonstration content and presentations, develop close relationship with project team (key users) to provide user training on ERP processes, procedures and functionalities
• Demonstrate strong understanding of costing logic and financial integration flows, support audit preparation
• Configure chart of accounts, dimensions, cost components and posting logic
• Provide 1st/2nd level ERP support and best-practice application advice to key and end users

Requirements

• 3+ years project experience of ERP software implementations. Experience with at least one full end-to-end cycle ERP implementation is an advantage
• Experience specializing in the implementation of large ERP software packages (Infor LN, SAP, NAV, Odoo or similar)
• Ability to support the BI team in report development (Power BI) and solid SQL knowledge for data extraction, analysis, and validation
• Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly changing company
• Communication, writing, presentation and interpersonal skills in English is essential
• Strong PC application skills (Microsoft Office including Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Understand difference between terms like ERP, CRM, MES, SCM, PLM etc.

• Experience in manufacturing environment (automotive preferred)
• Experience with Infor LN 10.7+ or CloudSuite Automotive
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
