Qualifications:

• Massachusetts DESE Severe Needs License (required)
• Previous experience working with students with severe disabilities and medical needs preferred
• Background in Special Education, particularly PK–2nd grade
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Commitment to compassionate, student-centered care

Responsibilities:

• Support and deliver individualized instruction to students with significant disabilities and medical needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs aligned with students’ unique requirements
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and paraprofessionals
• Adapt curriculum and environments to foster inclusion and maximize student success
• Document progress and participate actively in team meetings
