Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

What you'll need to succeed:

• Current and active Minnesota Speech-Language Pathologist license
• Previous experience in a school setting is strongly preferred
• Confidence working with elementary, middle, or high school students
• Familiarity with a range of speech, language, and communication disorders
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Dedication to supporting students, families, and staff

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students’ speech and language needs
• Develop and implement IEP goals focused on communication improvement
• Provide direct and consultative speech therapy services
• Document services and progress notes in compliance with school district procedures
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and student planning
• Support students in achieving academic and social success through communication strategies
