CRNA Needed in Minnesota\n
\nStart Date: February 9, 2026 (or as soon as credentialed)\n
\nContract Length: ongoing (flexible; ongoing options available)\n
\nSchedule: Monday–Thursday elective schedule (8‑ or 10‑hour shifts)\n
\n• Fridays: emergent cases only (C‑sections + occasional additional case)\n
\n• Call required — PM call and weekend call rotated among all providers\n
\n• Weekend call: 24‑hour beeper call\n
\n• Weeknight call: 8–12‑hour beeper call\n
\n• Response time: 30 minutes\n
\nOvertime available after scheduled shifts\n
\nCase types include General Surgery, OB (including VBAC/TOLAC), ENT, Pediatrics, epidurals, TAP blocks, peripheral blocks.\n
\nResponsibilities include full‑scope CRNA practice in both supervised and unsupervised settings, including obstetric anesthesia, epidurals, spinals, blocks, and general operative anesthesia.\n
\nSupport Structure:\n
\n• Float role across two sites (20 minutes apart)\n
\n• Owatonna: MD‑supervised model (1 MD onsite, not on call)\n
\n• Faribault: Unsupervised model – strong independent CRNA skills required\n
\n• CRNAs must be confident managing OB independently (VBAC/TOLAC experience required)\n
\n• Call includes epidurals and TAP blocks\n
\n• Pediatric experience required\n
\nPractice Setting:\n
\nHybrid hospital environment across two community facilities\n
\n• Supervised and unsupervised anesthesia delivery models\n
\n• Adult + pediatric populations\n
\nEMR: Epic\n
\nLicensing:\n
\nMinnesota license required (not willing to license)\n
\nCredentialing: Fingerprint-based privileging must clear before start\n
\nTravel & Housing:\n
\nMalpractice insurance provided\n
\nTravel, lodging, transportation support available per facility allowance\n
\nRequirements:\n
\n• Board Certified CRNA (NBCRNA)\n
\n• Active MN license\n
\n• BLS & ACLS required\n
\n• Minimum 1 year of experience\n
\n• Experience with OB, VBAC/TOLAC, epidurals, blocks, and pediatrics required\n
\n• EPIC charting experience required\n
\nLocation: Southern Minnesota (Owatonna & Faribault region) — two community sites with a mix of elective and emergent cases; supportive teams and strong need for independent CRNA practice.\n
