This Collaborative Care Team ensures our patients receive comprehensive, integrated healthcare that addresses their unique needs.

As our presence expands in the DFW Metroplex, we are planning to open our Frisco location come fall of 2024, and we're actively seeking a Primary Care Physician to join our collaborative multi-specialty team. This team includes PCPs, Psychiatrists, and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners, all supported by skilled medical assistants and an exceptional administrative team. Each team member has a role to support the physician. This enables our physician to focus on direct patient care and medical treatment management.

Responsibilities:

As a Primary Care Physician at Salience Health, your responsibilities include:

• Conducting comprehensive, patient assessments and developing personalized treatment plans.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care.
• Ensuring accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters.
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
• Maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
• Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Valid medical license in the state of Texas.
• Commitment to providing patient-centered, evidence-based care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment.
