Your day to day as a Distribution Manager As a Distribution Manager at HME Specialists, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our distribution processes. With your exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, you will determine work procedures, prepare work schedules, and expeditiously manage workflow. You will also be responsible for managing on-call services and scheduling, ensuring that our customers' needs are met in a timely manner. Additionally, you will use your strategic mindset to plan routes for our Field Service Technicians, optimizing efficiency and ensuring timely deliveries. Your keen eye for inventory management will be put to use as you ensure an adequate supply of medical equipment and supplies at all times. Finally, you will process delivery tickets and route sheets, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
