They're now looking for an Assistant Project Manager to join the team on a meaningful local project in Napa. This isn't a role where you\'ll be filing RFIs in the background. Overview This role is for an Assistant Project Manager to contribute to medium-to-large Bay Area projects with values between $20M and $100M, and to grow into project management responsibility with a contractor that values longevity and commitment. Responsibilities Solid APM experience on mid-to-large scale commercial or mixed-use projects across the Bay Area, with project values between $20M and $100M Proven PM capability — trusted to run scopes, manage subcontractors, and keep projects moving Strong communication skills and the presence to earn the respect of owners, subs, and internal teams Qualifications Experience in project management on medium-to-large scale projects, with hands-on involvement and decision-making A track record of staying with an employer for meaningful tenures Ability to contribute to and be mentored by a leadership team on local projects What\'s on offer $130,000 – $160,000 depending on experience A genuine seat at the table on an impactful local project The backing of a leadership team that has built something worth being part of A culture that people actually stay for If you\'re an APM who is ready for more — more ownership, more impact, more growth — and you want to do it with a contractor that has earned its reputation the right way, I\'d love to have a conversation.
