Schedule: Nights, 12 hours

Assignment Details:

• Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
• Contract Length: 13 weeks

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
• Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff.
• Coordinate care with other disciplines while utilizing critical thinking and independent judgment.
• Ensure adherence to protocols and standards of practice in nursing care.
• Act as a resource and support for nursing staff and other healthcare team members.
• Monitor patient progress and implement interventions as needed.
