PARKVIEW ITEMS OF NOTE: - Local Rate: Applies to clinicians with permanent addresses within 50 miles (reduction of regular bill rate by 12%; rate multipliers be applied to the reduced regular bill rate) - Call off policy: Client may call off or cancel up to 24 hours for every 13 week assignment - Non-billable Orientation Hours: 8 hours, guaranteed hours will not apply during orientation, clinicians returning within 12 months of their last worked date will not be eligible for non-billable orientation Name of Position Requirements Candidates should be comfortable with vent management, vasoactive gtts and psychiatric patients Is this candidate a 1099? Current Indiana RN license BLS (AHA only) ACLS (AHA only) Does candidate require time off during assignment? If yes, please list in comments Minimum 2 years of RN experience (1 year ICU) required. General job duties and types of procedures required: Patient Care Equipment utilized in the unit/department: EPIC computer charting, Pyxis medication administration Ventilators, Bipap, EV 100s Required skills and minimum years of experience: 2+ years of Medical, Surgical and/or ICU experience required with at least 1 year of that being in ICU. Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required: Current Indiana or compact RN license, BLS and ACLS required Shift or schedule requirements: Three 3pm-3am shifts per week Floating to other units/departments: Yes, Critical Care only Bed size/number of rooms for this unit/department: 12 Nurse to patient ratio of this unit: 1:2, 1:3 Dress Code: Caribbean blue scrubs Tell us about the unit/department specific training and orientation program: 2 days training on floor after jumpstart orientation Orientation will be Mon-Fri week 1 and Mon-Tues week 2 - 8 hour days. MANDATORY ATTENDANCE IS REQUIRED FOR ALL 7 DAYS OF ORIENTATION.
