Position Accounts Receivable Representative III Locations Franklin, TN or Phoenix, AZ Work Type Hybrid
After training: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote
What You'll Do
Process and record customer payments, invoices, and account transactions accurately
Manage all aspects of accounts receivable activities and related administrative duties
Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and payment issues
Communicate with customers regarding overdue invoices and payment follow-up
Maintain accurate customer account records and documentation
Support month-end and reporting activities as needed
Utilize accounting and invoicing software to process transactions and maintain data integrity
Answer customer and internal calls in a professional and friendly manner
Collaborate with accounting team members and provide backup support when needed
Assist with project-based assignments and special accounting initiatives
Maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and service
What You Will Have
Experience in accounts receivable, billing, invoicing, or related accounting functions
Revenue cycle management (RCM) experience preferred
Strong investigative and problem-solving skills
Self-starter with strong motivation and ability to work independently
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic accounting software
High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred
Locations: Franklin, TN or Phoenix, AZ Pay Rate: $30-31/ hr
