As a Financial Consultant at Schwab, you will beprocured with the practice of existing Schwab clients, providing them with wealth management and financial planning advice. Over time,you’llgrowyourpractice holistically through client asset consolidation, networking, and earning client referrals.If you currently have your securities license, enjoy working in a team setting, and share our passion for serving clients - this role is for you. What you have Required Qualifications: A valid and active FINRA Series 7 licenserequired Obtaining oracquiringFINRASeries 66 (63/65) license and Life & Health Insuranceas it will berequiredduring your tenure on the job. Preferred Qualifications: Ability to build strong relationships, engage and encourage trust, and deepenthe client relationshipby applying a focused client communication strategy, and exceeding client expectations. Strong candidates will also learn toleverageour team of Schwab specialists, Schwab advice guidelines, your knowledge of the markets, and your ability to inspire action to help yourclient’sprogress toward achieving their goals.
