The Manager, Franchise Onboarding, Popeyes, US&C leads the end‑to‑end onboarding of new franchise partners, ensuring a seamless transition from deal execution through restaurant conversion and opening. This role is focused on coordinating internal teams and external partners, managing franchise agreements, and executing tailored onboarding plans with clear timelines and milestones while maintaining proactive communication and visibility. Responsibilities Own contract management and execution for new franchise agreements. Manage the end‑to‑end franchise onboarding process, including development and execution of individualized conversion plans, timelines, and goals. Provide clear, proactive communication to franchisees and cross‑functional stakeholders regarding timelines, deliverables, key milestones, and dependencies throughout the onboarding process. Contribute insights and recommendations to support the ongoing refinement of franchise onboarding and acquisition strategies. Work cross‑functionally with internal teams and external vendors to ensure restaurant portfolios transfer smoothly and conversion activities are executed efficiently. Build and foster trusted relationships with prospective franchisees, guiding them through requirements, expectations, and next steps throughout the onboarding journey. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, finance, or related disciplines. Four or more years of relevant work experience; project management experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills across diverse stakeholder groups (franchisees, vendors, and other internal stakeholders such as Tech, Legal, Business Services).
