About the Role:
Join NYC Behavior Specialists LLC as a BCBA Direct Care professional in the vibrant community of Forest Hills, NY. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of individuals with behavioral challenges while working in a supportive and dynamic environment.
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients.
- Implement behavior intervention strategies and monitor client progress.
- Provide direct care and support to clients in various settings.
- Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Document client progress and maintain accurate records.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing training.
- Stay updated on best practices and research in the field of behavior analysis.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Compassionate demeanor with a passion for helping others.
- Knowledge of behavior analysis principles and techniques.
- Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development.
