This position involves providing direct nursing care in a hospital setting within the medical-surgical unit. The RN will be responsible for coordinating patient care, performing assessments, and supporting discharge planning, all while adhering to established policies and procedures. Job Details Schedule: Rotating shift, 12 hours shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week Required Qualifications: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license granted by the North Dakota Board of Nursing (NDBON) or a Compact State Agreement; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) prior to start date Preferred Qualifications: None specified Float: Float rotation may be required Additional Information: The registered nurse provides continuity of care by performing daily patient rounds, developing and implementing care plans, and engaging in patient education and discharge planning.
