Outboard Marine TechnicianMoss Marina is a growing, full-service marina located on beautiful Fort Myers Beach. Our Service Department is expanding, and we're looking for an experienced Outboard Marine Technician to join our team.We work on a wide variety of boats and outboard systems, giving our technicians the opportunity to diagnose, repair, and rig equipment rather than doing the same job every day.If you're an experienced technician who takes pride in quality workmanship, enjoys solving problems, and wants to work for a company that invests in its people, we'd like to meet you.What You'll DoDiagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain outboard engines and marine systemsPerform routine maintenance, rigging, installations, and repairsAccurately diagnose mechanical and electrical issuesComplete work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standardsDocument work performed and communicate repair needs clearlyProvide professional service to customers and work closely with the Service Department teamMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work areaFollow manufacturer procedures and safety standardsWhat We're Looking ForExperience servicing and repairing outboard marine enginesStrong diagnostic and troubleshooting skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProfessional attitude and commitment to quality workmanshipReliable, self-motivated, and customer-focusedMercury, Suzuki, Yamaha, or other marine manufacturer certification is a plus, but not requiredWillingness to continue learning and obtain additional manufacturer certificationsWe are willing to invest in the right technician.
