INVENTORY ANALYST: YOUR ROLE

In this data analysis position, you will: Maintain accurate records and review data to uncover trends and valuable insights Collaborate with warehouse, operations, and procurement teams to keep stock levels high and processes efficient Identify inefficient procedures and data discrepancies and take the appropriate corrective actions Track vital KPIs to measure your success (inventory turnover, stockout rate, carrying cost, forecast accuracy, inventory accuracy, and order fulfillment rates) Strategically forecast inventory demands and plan replenishments accordingly Validate and cleanse inventory record data Brainstorm methods for reducing carrying costs/stockouts and improving our overall efficiency/productivity/profitability

OUR IDEAL INVENTORY ANALYST

Bachelor's degree in a field like statistics, data analytics, business analytics, supply chain management, or industrial engineering 3+ years of experience in inventory, operations, or supply chain analytics HVAC Experience preferred Advanced Excel proficiency, with knowledge of macros, pivot tables, and Power Query Exceptional data analysis skills and comfort with statistics Analytical problem-solving abilities Working knowledge of inventory management and supply chain methodologies Ability to use visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) to present data insights Comfort using inventory management software and an ERP system like SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite Must have the ability to pass a background check #J-18808-Ljbffr Johnstone Supply
