Neonatologist (Per Diem)

Position Overview

We are seeking a per diem, experienced, Board Certified neonatologist to join our outstanding group of neonatologists and neonatal nurse practitioners at our Macon, Georgia practice.

Practice and Clinical Features

• 66-bed, state-of-the-art, Level-III NICU
• Services include high-frequency ventilation, nitric oxide, and brain cooling
• Readily available subspecialty support
• Exceptional coverage by experienced NNPs
• Atrium Health Navicent is a designated Level-I trauma center and one of six designated perinatal/neonatal regional centers in Georgia
• Opened new 50,000 square foot neonatal intensive care unit: Beverly Knight Olson Children’s Hospital in the first quarter of 2019
• Shifts are 24 hours rounding plus call from home/hotel

Qualifications

• Board Certification in Neonatology with recent experience required
• GA license or active IMLC required
