Job Description
The Orlando Health Medical Group FHV Health invites you to explore full-time Adult Primary Care, Family Medicine/Internal Medicine opportunities with a thriving physician-led, professionally managed healthcare system. Recently merged with Orlando Health, FHV Health continues to be the largest multi-specialty group in Lake and Sumter counties in beautiful Central Florida.
Practice Highlights:
- Location : 8485 SE 165th Mulberry Lane, Villages, FL 32162. Location qualifies for The Villages Charter School (TVCS) for K-12 grades .
- Ideal start date would be December of 2026.
- Situated in the fastest growing city in the United States for the past 10 years, Orlando Health Medical Group FHV Health supports 12 locations with a medical ecosystem of CT, PET/CT, Diagnostic Procedures, and Urgent Cares/Walk In Clinics.
- Excellent brand recognition, thriving practice opportunity with new patients seeking out Orlando Health-FHV Health for their care.

- No call responsibilities
- No APP supervision

Financial Package:
- Competitive compensation package with a 3-year contract. Base guarantee of $250k with the opportunity to earn more based on productivity.
- Generous sign-on bonus of $25k with eligibility for an annual metric bonus
- Full portfolio of benefits including health/vision/dental insurance along with malpractice coverage, disability coverage, deferred compensation, and matching retirement savings options from day 1!
Qualifications:
- MD/DO degree.
- Completion of an ACGME or AOA accredited training program in Family Medicine.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible by the American Board of Family Medicine or the American Osteopathic Association.
- Open to H1-B visa sponsorship
