Job Title Business Operations Specialist, College of Urban Affairs (R0151751) Responsibilities Day‑to‑day management of scholarship, gift, and grant accounts for five departments and multiple centers. Manage all student/faculty travel purchases and reimbursements for the College. Provide guidance and oversight of scholarship and gift accounts, ensuring accurate and transparent business operations. Collaborate with the UNLV Foundation and Urban Affairs Business Office to support efficient use of funding. Prepare management reporting and offer insight to improve funding utilization, aligning with college mission. Maintain effective communication and contribute to a positive work environment, demonstrating campus values and Rebel Spirit. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university. 1-3 years of relevant experience. Preferred Qualifications Degree in Higher Education Administration, Finance, Public Administration, or related field.
