Lead Willow Analyst (Beacon, Clinical Exp, Optime Workflow)

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and support Epic Willow application functionality.
• Perform ERx (Electronic Prescription) build, configuration, and maintenance.
• Manage First Databank (FDB) loads, updates, and build activities.
• Collaborate with a team of analysts to deliver application enhancements and issue resolution.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve workflow and system issues.
• Support healthcare and pharmacy-related operational requirements.
• Participate in day-to-day production support, maintenance, and optimization tasks.
• Work with cross-functional teams supporting Beacon, Clinical Experience, and Optime workflows.
• Ensure system configurations meet organizational and regulatory requirements.
• Provide documentation, testing, and implementation support for application changes.

Required Qualifications

• Epic Willow Inpatient Certification (required).
• Strong hands-on experience with Epic Willow build and support.
• Experience with ERx configuration and First Databank (FDB) integration/build.
• Healthcare industry experience; pharmacy domain experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting Beacon, Clinical Experience, and Optime workflows.
• Previous experience in a lead analyst role.
• Experience working in large healthcare organizations or hospital systems.
