Job Summary : Performs daily Housekeeping duties inside and outside Facility under supervision of Housekeeping Supervisor Job Duties: Sweeps, dust mops, damp/wet mops floors in hallways, offices and common areas daily Cleans soiled areas, empties trash cans, replaces can liners, cleans bathrooms, sinks, toilets and other areas Keeps equipment and work areas clean, safe organized and keeps equipment and supplies properly stored Communicates courteously with staff in other Departments to adequately meet the needs of the Residents Qualifications: Must be able to read and write at a level necessary to understand Company Policies, applicable Laws and Regulations regarding job duties; prefer previous Housekeeping experience in a long-term care Facility; must be in good physical condition and able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.; must pass drug screens and have a satisfactory Criminal History Background Check Excellent Benefits: Paid Time Off (PTO) including: Vacation pay Paid sick leave Insurance benefits including: Group Health insurance Dental insurance Vision Insurance Other Benefits: Holiday Incentive Pay Daily Pay - upon your request Direct deposit Bereavement leave Retirement Savings Plan/401K Employee Assistance Program Family Medical Leave #J-18808-Ljbffr Bedford Care Center of Picayune
