Financial Accounting Manager: Lead GAAP Close & Team

National Black MBA Association

TJX Companies is seeking a Financial Accounting Manager to lead the close process, oversee Journal entries, reconciliations, and disclosures under US GAAP. You will mentor 2–3 accountants, drive accuracy in financial statements, and collaborate with auditors and partners to ensure compliance and timely reporting. The role requires 5+ years in accounting/finance, managerial experience, and a strong grasp of GAAP. CPA/MBA a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr National Black MBA Association
