Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Supervisor role located in Annapolis, MD. The Supervisor will oversee daily store operations, support a team of associates to meet sales goals, and ensure exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include leading by example, assisting with merchandising, maintaining visual standards, and upholding operational policies to create a seamless shopping experience. The ideal candidate will act as a mentor and role model while fostering a collaborative, customer‑focused environment.
