JOB DESCRIPTION

As a part-time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day! Your goal is to provide everyone who comes into the store with an amazing shopping experience, making their day better than before they arrived. You are the face of our company, proud of it, and you love the products. You are passionate about building brand loyalty with every guest and represent our values while bringing your real self to work every day.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

You use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest and help them find exactly what they’re looking for, adopting a “friends first” mindset. We’ll teach you everything you need to know about the model. You passionately educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make product suggestions that fit their needs. You share brand love by introducing guests to the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels. You flex easily between the sales floor, cash & wrap, fitting room, and stockroom as needed. You proactively resolve guest concerns while staying within company policy. You work well with your team and are always willing to assist in getting the job done. You act with integrity and adhere to AEO’s policies and procedures.

You love interacting with people. You are energetic and can handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment. You are available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when guests shop. You love AE and Aerie products. You have retail experience. You are at least 16 years old.

PAY / BENEFITS INFORMATION

Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant experience and location. Eligible associates may receive paid sick leave, and AEO may provide real rewards at its discretion. Paid Time Off, paid sick leave, and holiday pay vary by job level and type, job location, employment classification (part‑time or full‑time / exempt or non‑exempt), and years of service.
