Join Our Team as a Forklift Operator!
We're looking for reliable and safety-conscious individuals to join our team as Forklift Operators in Fremont, Ohio. Our client is a 100-year-old leader in the transportation and logistics industry, operating successfully in seven states. We offer a safe, comfortable work environment that's perfect for those who take pride in their work.
As a Forklift Operator, you'll be responsible for:
- Moving finished products as needed
- Loading and unloading trucks with finished products
- Safely operating powered forklifts
- Stacking boxes onto pallets and wrapping them for shipment
- Light industrial cleaning and clearing material by hand
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Previous forklift experience
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to count and organize items effectively
- Clean workspace habits
- Strong listening skills and good attendance
You'll also need to be able to:
- Stand for long periods
- Bend and lift 30 lbs. continuously
- Wear steel toe work boots
