NOW HIRING: Apartment Maintenance Technicians – Weekly Pay | Start ASAP

We are actively hiring experienced Maintenance Technicians for apartment communities throughout Orange County. If you’re looking for steady work, weekly pay, and the opportunity to start quickly , we want to connect with you.

Job Type: Temporary with Ongoing Assignments & Potential for Long-Term Placement

What you’ll be doing:
You’ll support apartment communities with day-to-day maintenance, including:

Completing work orders
Unit turns / make-readies
Basic plumbing, electrical, and repairs
Painting, drywall, and general upkeep
Helping maintain clean and safe property grounds
Appliance repairs

What we’re looking for:

At least 1-2 years of apartment maintenance experience
Ability to handle general maintenance tasks independently
Reliable transportation
