What You'll Be Doing
- Greeting patients with a warm Texas welcome
- Answering phones and scheduling appointments
- Managing patient records and insurance information
- Keeping the schedule organized and efficient
- Helping patients understand treatment plans and financial options
- Creating a positive experience from check-in to check-out
What We're Looking For

- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Dental or medical office experience is a plusbut we're willing to train the right person!
