We’re currently seeking enthusiastic, reliable, and knowledgeable Fitness Instructors to lead engaging group classes and help our members crush their fitness goals. Key Responsibilities Lead fun, safe, and effective fitness classes (HIIT, strength, cardio, functional, etc.) Deliver a motivating and high‑energy experience every class Offer guidance and modifications to suit all fitness levels Prepare music, equipment, and routines in advance Create a positive, welcoming environment for all participants Arrive on time, maintain professionalism, and represent our brand with pride Qualifications Certification in group fitness or personal training (NASM, ACE, AFAA, ISSA, etc.) — or actively working toward it CPR/AED certification (or willing to obtain within 30 days of hire) Strong communication and leadership skills Positive attitude and a team‑player mindset Prior group fitness experience preferred What We Offer A supportive, upbeat team culture Flexible scheduling and opportunities to grow Free gym membership and staff perks Ongoing training and continuing education opportunities Opportunity to inspire and make a difference daily!
