QC Manager - Sheet Metal Experience Required

Inspect parts for dimensional tolerances, craftsmanship, and cosmetic defects. Analyze parts against customer provided drawings and CAD files. Create and manage RMAs, SCARs, templates, and non-conformances. Interface with customers for all quality related issues. Prepare quarterly reports on quality KPIs. Conduct annual calibration audits. Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly logs (machine maintenance, audits, etc.). Work efficiently and in harmony with a team of talented craftsmen & craftswomen. Qualifications Proven experience as a quality control inspector with direct sheet metal experience. Experience with Unipoint, JobBoss, Keyence, Amada, etc. Proficient in computer word processing and Microsoft Office applications. Strong regard for quality assurance according to company standards. Strong knowledge about industry products and processes. Basic mathematical arithmetic. Excellent oral and communication skills. Excellent presentation and reporting skills. Good team player who can work efficiently with minimal supervision.
