Multimedia Specialist

Multimedia and Visual Communications Specialist We're partnering with a client to identify a creative and driven Multimedia Specialist who can tell compelling stories through video, photography, and digital content. This role will play a key part in showcasing the client's people, operations, and culture while helping strengthen brand awareness across multiple audiences. The ideal candidate is a strong storyteller who can take a project from concept to completion—developing storyboards, planning content, capturing footage, and producing engaging multimedia campaigns. What You'll Do Develop creative concepts, storyboards, and content strategies for multimedia projects Create and edit high-quality video, photography, graphics, and digital content Travel to operational facilities and field locations to capture content that highlights the organization's people, processes, and impact Produce "Day in the Life" (DITL) content featuring employees and departments across the business Conduct interviews and gather insights to create authentic, engaging stories Plan and execute video shoots, including scripting, storyboarding, filming, and post-production editing Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into compelling visual content Create content that supports brand awareness, recruiting initiatives, employee engagement, and external communications Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines Ensure all content aligns with brand standards and messaging goals What We're Looking For Experience in multimedia production, content creation, video production, photography, or digital marketing Strong storytelling and storyboard development skills Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) or similar creative tools Ability to work independently and manage projects from concept through final delivery Comfortable traveling to manufacturing, industrial, or operational sites to capture content Strong communication and interviewing skills with the ability to build rapport across all levels of an organization Portfolio showcasing video, photography, multimedia, or storytelling projects preferred Why This Opportunity?
