Step into a meaningful position as a School Psychologist for the upcoming academic year, working directly with students and educators to foster positive educational experiences and support mental, emotional, and behavioral health. This contract opportunity offers a stable, full-time schedule with 37.5 hours per week, beginning August 17th, 2026 and concluding on June 3rd, 2027. The role is designed for professionals eager to engage with their school community in person—remote or virtual arrangements are not available at this time.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid School Psychologist certification/licensure as required by state guidelines
• Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology or related field
• Prior experience in school-based settings preferred
• Ability to assess student needs, provide counseling, and interpret evaluation data
• Skilled in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Commitment to ethical standards and continuous professional development

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological and academic evaluations for students
• Provide direct counseling and interventions to address student needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with educational staff and parents to promote student success
• Serve as a resource for behavioral and classroom management strategies
• Document findings, progress, and services provided according to school protocols
• Participate in school meetings, crisis response, and ongoing case conferences
