Key Responsibilities

• Perform circulating duties in the operating room for orthopedic surgical cases
• Provide preoperative nursing care and patient assessment prior to surgery
• Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure safe and efficient case flow
• Maintain compliance with sterile technique and OR safety protocols throughout all procedures

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Experience in operating room circulating
• Knowledge of orthopedic surgical procedures and related instrumentation
• Ability to work day shift hours

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in orthopedic OR circulating specifically
• Familiarity with preoperative nursing workflows and documentation
• Experience in a fast-paced surgical environment
