Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN)

A healthcare organization in the Marfa, Texas area is seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) to join its emergency services team in a permanent full-time position. Responsibilities

Provide emergency nursing care to patients of all ages
Perform patient assessments, triage, and emergency interventions
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Monitor patient conditions and document care accurately
Respond quickly and effectively in high-pressure situations

Qualifications

Active RN license required
BLS, ACLS required
PALS and TNCC preferred
Prior Emergency Room nursing experience preferred
Strong critical thinking and communication skills
