Pediatric RN Full Time Miami, FL, US 8 days ago Requisition ID: 1022 Salary Range: $38.00 to $40.00 hourly Pay Rate: $38–$40/hour on W2 (Open for Discussion) We are currently seeking compassionate and experienced Pediatric Private Duty Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide one‑on‑one skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in the home setting throughout Miami‑Dade and Broward Counties. Responsibilities Provide skilled pediatric nursing care in the patient’s home Monitor and assess patient condition and report changes appropriately Administer medications and treatments as ordered Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Educate and support families and caregivers Follow physician orders, plan of care, and agency protocols Ensure patient safety and quality of care at all times Qualifications Minimum 2 Years of Pediatric Nursing Experience (Preferred) Home Health or Private Duty Nursing Experience (Preferred) Ventilator, Trach, and G‑Tube Experience (A Plus) Strong communication and documentation skills Benefits 401(k) matching Health insurance Vision insurance Paid time off Discount Plan Company Vehicle Provided Background Screening Notice: This position requires a Level 2 background screening through the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA).
