Customer service is our top priority and we are looking for an individual who can give exceptional customer service while building relationships with our local community. At this time for this position, we are wanting an individual to help with answering phones, making appointments and help our daily flow in a fast growing new business.

Responsibilities include:

• Answering phone calls in a professional manner and providing daily reports of calls made
• Being able to show up to work on time and be ready to work every day
• Confirming all appointments for installations
• Experience with permitting for mechanical, electrical and gas permits is a plus!
• Keeping the office area organized
• Putting away inventory stock as received and ensuring work areas are clean and operational
• Maintaining a professional relationship with co-workers and vendors
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Being able to learn quickly to new and changing things within our company
• Experience with multi-line phones is preferred but not required
• Any other duties as assigned by management
