Senior Case Manager - Inpatient Rehab Leader
Encompass Health
Encompass Health Corporation is seeking a Senior Case Manager to coordinate patient care from admission to post-discharge in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. You will manage resources, lead the interdisciplinary team, and supervise case management operations while ensuring compliance with performance improvement programs.
The role requires CCM/ACM certification and a minimum of 2 years in case management, including utilization review and discharge planning.
