Job Opportunity: BCBA Clinical Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate client needs.
• Develop and manage personalized treatment plans tailored to individual requirements.
• Supervise and mentor behavior technicians to ensure effective implementation of strategies.
• Provide training and support to parents to enhance their involvement in the treatment process.
• Work collaboratively with families, educational institutions, and healthcare professionals to promote client development.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Experience in providing ABA services, particularly for children and young adults with autism.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration with various stakeholders.
• Ability to design and implement effective treatment plans based on assessment outcomes.
