Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a Physical Therapist specializing in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) services in Tacoma, Washington. Job Details:
- Schedule: Day shifts, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Valid physical therapy license; relevant certification in physical therapy; at least 2 years of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF); employment location in Tacoma, Washington.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a SNF setting, familiarity with electronic documentation systems, strong communication skills.
- Additional Information: The position requires the application of clinical skills to develop and implement treatment plans, monitor patient progress, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes.
