Position Overview

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You'll handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, assist with scheduling, and ensure a seamless customer experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with field technicians
• Maintain accurate customer records using spreadsheets and office software
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email
• Educate customers on the importance of dryer vent cleaning services
• Deliver exceptional customer service that builds trust and loyalty

Required Qualifications (Must-Have)

• Minimum of 3 years of experience handling high-volume inbound AND outbound calls
• Strong proficiency in spreadsheets and word processing software
• Ability to multitask across multiple systems while maintaining accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional demeanor with the ability to remain calm under pressure
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new systems and technologies
• Team-oriented mindset with openness to feedback and coaching

Work Schedule & Location

• Full-time: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Location: Patterson, NY (in-office position)
