What You ll Do

• Diagnose and treat urological conditions, focusing on female urology and pelvic floor disorders
• Perform consultations, evaluations, and procedures related to your specialty
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient care
• Manage patient follow-up and coordinate care with specialists and hospitals
• Educate patients on treatment options and preventive care
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with clinical policies
• Participate in call schedules, including on-call hospital coverage

What You Need

• Required:
  
  
  • Medical license in California or eligibility to obtain one
  • Board-certified or eligible in Urology within 3 years of graduation
  • Focused skills or interest in female urology and pelvic floor reconstruction
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
• Preferred:
  
  
  • Previous experience in pelvic health or women s urology
  • Strong patient communication skills
