Manager Information Technology & AI Innovation Our client, a growing leader in the renewable energy industry, is seeking a Manager of IT & AI Innovation to lead IT operations while driving AI adoption, automation, and technology-enabled business improvement across the organization. This full time, onsite role, is a unique opportunity for a hands‑on technology leader who enjoys solving business challenges through innovation, improving processes, and helping employees leverage AI to work smarter and more efficiently. Responsibilities Lead day-to-day IT operations and technology initiatives Champion AI and automation solutions that improve productivity and business performance Drive process improvement and organizational change management Oversee cloud infrastructure, Microsoft 365, identity management, endpoint management, and business continuity. Provide governance and oversight for cybersecurity and managed service providers Partner with leadership to align technology strategy with business objectives Qualifications 5+ years of infrastructure and enterprise systems leadership experience including public cloud, endpoint management, identity/MFA and business continuity Solid security and infrastructure experience including cloud, identity, endpoint, compliance Demonstrated experience building and implementing successful AI and automation solutions for process improvement.
