Registered Nurse-Oncology-Nights

Hourly Pay Range:

$36.00 - $55.80 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Position Highlights:

Endeavor Health is currently conducting a comprehensive review of our compensation structure. The new minimum for this role will be adjusted to $37.25 base pay hourly rate beginning with the second paycheck in October.

? Position: Registered Nurse

? Location: Evanston Hospital

? Full Time/Part Time: Full time-36 hr/wk

? Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:00pm ? 7:30am, rotating weekends

? Required Travel: no

What you will do:

? Provide nursing care to all patient populations in the department

? Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing and evaluating the patient plan of care

? Maintain regulatory compliance in individual practice

? Assume responsibility, accountability and authority for outcomes of nursing care

? Guide and direct assigned unlicensed nursing personnel in delivering patient care

? Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience

What you will need:

? Education: BSN degree preferred

? License: Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required

? Certification: BLS/CPR certification required. Must obtain ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Certificate within (9) nine months of hire.

? Experience: 1 year experience required.
