The Role From machine operators to maintenance technicians to quality inspectors, our teams help protect what matters most—making everyday life safer, smarter, and more sustainable. Schedule Work only 15 days per month with our unique rotating 2‑2‑3 schedule. Week 1: Monday & Tuesday – Off: Wednesday & Thursday – Work: Friday, Saturday, & Sunday Week 2: Off: Monday & Tuesday – Work: Wednesday & Thursday – Off: Friday, Saturday, & Sunday 12‑hour static shifts days: 7:00 am – 7:00 pm What You’ll Do Responsible for the operation and output of assigned production lines which include but are not limited to the following tasks: Shut‑down, start‑up, switchovers, order preparation, production, and routine maintenance. Effectively analyze process control charts to monitor and/or correct production related problems. Recognize and troubleshoot visual defects in the film being produced. Conduct and document routine inspections on a variety of production related components. Utilize sound judgment in reducing and eliminating production of scrap material. Work cooperatively with Material Handlers to efficiently manage the production process. Maintain a clean work environment. Perform all duties following standard operating procedures and safety requirements. Essential Qualifications Ability to work 12‑hour shifts and lift up to 65 pounds. Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort with measuring tools. Strong communication skills and positive attitude. Willingness to learn and adapt in a technical environment. Ability to pass pre‑employment drug screening. Preferred Qualifications 1‑3 years of plastic extrusion experience. Basic computer knowledge. Previous manufacturing experience.
