Shift: Mon - Fri, 08:00 AM - 04:30 PM with rotating weekends.

Pay Rate: $21.80/hr. on W2.

Job Description:

The Phlebotomist III - Float represents the face of the company to patients who come in, both as part of their health routine or for insights into life-defining health decisions.
This role requires drawing quality blood samples from patients and preparing those specimens for lab testing while adhering to established practices and procedures.
The Phlebotomist III - Float has direct contact with patients, helping to build trust and confidence while performing blood collections in a skillful, safe, and accurate manner.
This position provides coverage at multiple locations and in various roles such as Patient Service Centers, In-Office Phlebotomy (IOP), Mobile, and Long-Term Care.
Candidates must be able to act as a lead on-site and support onboarding for new clients and employees.
This role often supports complex and high-volume practices, requiring excellent communication and collaboration across multiple departments including Sales, Lab Testing, IT, Billing, and Logistics.

Required Education:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
Phlebotomy certification preferred (Required in California, Nevada, and Washington).

Work Experience:

Five years of phlebotomy experience required, inclusive of pediatric, geriatric and capillary collections.
Minimum 3 years in a PSC/IOP environment preferred.
Customer service in a preferred retail or service environment.
Keyboard/data entry experience.
