Warehouse Logistics Manager

Seeking an experienced Shipping/Receiving Manager to oversee warehouse operations, inventory control, shipping, receiving, and team leadership in a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient warehouse processes, maintaining inventory accuracy, driving safety compliance, and leading continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilitie Manage daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, storage, and order fulfillment Supervise, train, and lead warehouse staff Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stock management Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and operations teams Monitor warehouse KPIs and prepare performance reports Manage warehouse equipment and operational budgets Drive Lean initiatives, 5S, process improvements, and waste reduction Requirement Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field 5–7+ years of manufacturing warehouse, shipping, receiving, or materials management experience Previous Warehouse Manager or leadership experience Strong knowledge of inventory control, logistics, and warehouse operations Experience with SAP, WMS, and inventory management systems Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and 5S #J-18808-Ljbffr
