We are looking for a Dispatch Coordinator who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, calm under pressure, and able to make quick decisions while juggling multiple moving parts.

What This Role Does
• Assign loads, pickups, and deliveries to drivers
• Monitor routes, track progress, and manage time-sensitive shipments
• Communicate expectations clearly to drivers and customers
• Stay ahead of cut-offs, flight schedules, and freight recovery times
• Manage updates, delays, and problem-solving throughout the day
• Coordinate closely with CSR and warehouse teams
• Help maintain accuracy, accountability, and smooth daily operations

What We Look For
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Ability to stay organized during busy periods
• Experience in dispatch or logistics preferred but not required
• Professional, positive, and calm decision-maker
