Strategic Therapy Associates, Inc. has been providing family-oriented mental health services in Virginia for over 3 decades. We help clients through creative, empowering and impactful strategies that promote positive change and self-sufficiency. We're seeking Mental Health Professionals to help clients resolve issues to prevent institutionalization or out of home placement, and to keep families together.

What You'll Do:
- Build rapport and use creative therapeutic techniques.
- Help clients resolve issues to prevent institutionalization and keep families together.
- Provide counseling in homes, communities, or schools.
- Complete necessary clinical documentation.
We're Looking For:
- At least a Bachelor's in a human services field ( QMHP eligible ).
- Prior mental health experience (community-based a plus).
- Flexible, family-oriented, optimistic, and open-minded.
- Ability to work afternoons/evenings and some weekends.
- Safe driver, auto insurance, personal vehicle, and good driving record.
