Physical Therapist We are seeking a Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients with physical limitations, helping them improve mobility, strength, function, and overall quality of life. Responsibilities Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other appropriate interventions. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, mobility techniques, and home programs. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to support effective patient care. Qualifications Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy. Current Physical Therapist license in the applicable state. Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
