Sales Development Representative (Inside Sales)

The Sales Development Representative will focus on generating and qualifying leads, prospecting potential clients, and maintaining effective communication through phone-based outreach. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams and direct reporting to a manager, aiming to support sales growth and expand customer relationships with limited travel requirements.
Responsibilities
- Generate new sales leads and identify potential clients
- Conduct prospecting activities and cold calling to initiate contact - 200 outbound calls daily
- Maintain and update CRM records to track outreach efforts
- Engage with clients through phone-based communication to nurture relationships
- Collaborate with internal sales teams and report progress to direct manager
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in sales development
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce
- Knowledge of lead generation and cold calling techniques
- Strong communication and customer relationship skills
- Effective time management abilities
